Looks like dinoflagellates to me. First step I'd do is remove as much as you can and go lights out for 3 days. Wrap the tank in a blanket on the sides if you can so no light gets in.

So i took a small tooth brush and scrubbed and pulled as much as i could,

How do i cover with a blanket?

Will my other corals be okay?

Bounce, acro, zoas?

Is this the reason my chaeto looked like this ? I removed 60 % and rinsed them in cleaned water

I can't be sure but is that hair algae or something growing on you chaeto? I've taken my chaeto out and fresh water dipped it for 30 minutes with no issues. Killed other algae and dinos

I can dip my chaeto, or should i just toss it out?

And use gfo for little bit?

To everyone;

My DT and FT are plumbed together, and my DT looks good, this is only happened in my DT,

This is more like a hairs or fuzzy,

As i am reading, i see dino is matt with stringy snauted look with boubles,

I dont see any boubles,

I dont see a mat look,

I have a small scope, but what am i looking for?

To see what's there, of course! :)

Get some photos of whatever you find with your cellphone camera if the scope doesn't have its own camera.

Sometimes video works better.

Visit a resource like PhycoKey to help you ID what you find if you don't wanna post pics (or if you can't get any good pics).

Looks like hair algae that's dieing. A fresh water dip should finish it up

I ordered some vibrant so lets see how it works

I wouldnt want to fresh water dipp all my corals , i dont think that would be safe
