What is this brown stuff?

Relatively new tank. Should I worry about this stuff?

Does it just blow off? If so it could be detritus or diatoms. How new is the tank?

Appears to be diatoms. You can reduce white intensity, blow off or wipe off with algae sponge.
Snails such as astrea, margarita, trochus and nerite will keep it at bay

It's fairly easy to scrape it off. Tank is about 2 months running.

Now I'm noticing some brown stringy stuff coming off one of my frags. It had several bubbles in it and I'm noticing bubbles elsewhere in the tank, but only near or on the corals.

Stringy and bubbles usually means Dinos.
