What is this bubble on my stylo?

What is it and do I need to do anything for it. It is right in the middle of the two branches.

Looks like a sponge to me, although it is a bit difficult to tell in this photo. Keep an eye on it, hopefully it will naturally die off and not harm the coral. If it gets any bigger, you might have to remove it... somehow...

It is more like a actual bubble there are even a few polyps on it.

Happens to all kinds of coral. I am unsure what causes them to do this though.

Honestly I am unsure how to answer that. I have experienced it twice before on sps. One was an acro and the other was porites. It lasted a day both times and I never had another issue with either coral.
I will add I have seen posts on this topic once in a while over the last dozen years and I don't think anyone really has figured out why they blister like that.

My alkalinity is 9.0 dkh according to my Hannah checker. I do not dose anything and use HW Reefer salt mix.
