What is this bug in my reef tank

Are these guys safe? The other week I had tiny little white bugs in my glass. Now I have noticed these larger bugs running through the rocks and sand. Are they safe???

Yep it’s a amphipod. They are great bio diversity and wrasses, gobies, etc love them.
