Is this a larval coral or ball anemone. This is on the backside of my trachy. This trachy has four mouths so it’s not new that all I know lol. It had another trachy next to it. On same piece way before i got it. Could this possibly be a larval trachy??? It formed on the epicenter of the radial lines going outward. I’m super hopeful although I shouldn’t be

I don't know - but it's both cool and weird at the same time...
Trust me I know. Been there for a bit now. Less than 4 months. Maybe I’ll be rich lol

I'm guessing it's a ball anemone. They are not really anemones, they are corallimorphs, which is the same order that discosoma, ricordea, and rhodactis are in.

+1 on ball anemone. The ones I have in my tank look a little different than this, but a google search shows one that looks the exact same as yours in the first image

Its a ball anemone and although called anemone is actually a mushroom and comes in colors. Due to the tentacles with ball tips is given its name. Harmless specimen
