Amphipod. Great to have, along with copepods (collectivey called "pods"). Your fish will eat them as snacks. They reproduce in the rocks and eat up detritus and microalgae.

Copepods are much smaller, but you're right - not an amphipod... It's a munnid isopod (still a good guy )
