What is this creepy crawler?

Hi all, I was putting seaweed in my seaweed clip this morning and noticed these little crawlers on the seaweed clip. Never seen them before. I removed them from tank and into a separate container.
Can someone help ID these and are they good or bad? Thanks all.

'pod of some kind (I've not bothered to find out hte species). Beneficial and ubiquitous, you've got lots more in your system.

Those are regular pods upside down. Their heads are to the right.
There will be lots of them in your tank. They hurt nothing.

+1. These "pods" are beneficial scavengers that grow larger than the more common copepods.
