What is this creepy little guy?

I found it on my glass and it swims vigorously and looks to have 2 pinchers or something to grab with. It would release from the glass and then swim back to reattach to the glass. I pulled it out and put it in a cup lol

In the video it swims up towards the top of the cup and I get a pretty good shot of it...for a second hahah

Sounds like it could be a bobbit worm to me, which would be bad news. Would be great you have been able to remove it from your tank tho. Of course I have not seen the creature yet, so I could be completely mistaken...

It does look a bit like a Eunice, the pick isn’t clear enough to see the head. It also could be a medusa. A better pic would help

So I really think this is a Eunice (bobbit worm). Good thing you have removed that from your system... they are known to grow u der the radar untill they are big enough and will start to eat your fish during the night. Try to look if there are more in your system and remove them ASAP.

The new guy looks like dorvilleidae worm, harmless CUC. The other one I was think bobbit worm as well. Cool critter that you do not want in your tank.
