I can see it on my laptop if I download it first. It looks to be some sort of feather duster, the colour is kind of reminiscent of a christmas tree worm but the fan doesn't look quite right. if thats a fresh frag its possible the crown got damaged during fragging.

if its either of those things its a harmless filter feeder and cool addition. I'm not positive though, I can't really make out its structure.
