What is this critter?

Just found this in my tank. Is it a good thing or bad?

It looks like a bristleworm to me. A harmless filter feeder unless they multiply to plague proportions. I get rid of them because my tank is just a 5g and supposedly they can get to 3". Let a few more folks with more experience than me chime in to give their identification.

+1 to bristleworm. some people are okay with them, most are not. they’re a good part of a CUC
