Maybe some kind of goby? Hard to tell. Looks like it's covered in sand. Not a good sign. Is it eating? I'm sure someone else can be of more help.

Some type of goby. You sound surprised. Was it sold as a pair or you found it after you got the shrimp home?

That’s bizarre. What are feeder shrimp? Never heard that term. Do you mean live brine or mysis or an invert for your tank.?

Hi few questions? We’re the ghost shrimp you got from a saltwater tank? Or was it brackish or fresh. If saltwater it is some type of goby and I will defer to the experts on this one. But if it was a brackish or freshwater system it looks like a swamp darter which sometimes come in with the freshwater ghost shrimp I order

Looks like a marbled goby

I have gotten one also with my shrimp, mine is called a Sand Goby, and he is so cool, he’s not scared of me and will come when I rub my finger on glass, he likes to play. I’ve had him for about six months now, and have also gotten a pipe fish with the shrimp, it called a gulf pipefish, I named him fish stick, reminds me of sea horse. Never know what we might get with ghost shrimp, I’m just needing to find more places to order from.
