What is this, Dino or Diatoms?

As stated, just want to make sure it isn’t Dinos, I’ve heard it’s right trying to get rid of them

There’s no way to tell. I would go forward with the mindset that they are diatoms unless they are causing problems. If you want to know for sure you can check with a microscope.

No problems that I know of, they only show up when the lights come on and it’s about a month and a half old tank. Just wanted to make sure, aside from ugly that’s about all it’s done lol
