Cloudy water because I just cleaned the tank but this Duncan looks weirdly stringy instead of plump I guess haha. It’s growing well but it just looks sad. Maybe hungry? I feed it on a regular basis but it may need more ?

if you just cleaned the tank or did maintenance that may have cause any swing in salinity, temperature or really any kind of stress this is one way it could react. It's slightly deflated but should inflate again soon.

I’ve never seen my Duncan’s deflate like that. I’ve seen them retract quite a bit but not deflate. Did you have a swing in salinity by any chance?

Or change in lighting

I’ve had the same lighting setup for a long time now. I don’t think lighting was a factor but I just topped off the tank so maybe it was a little too salty before I topped it off I’m not sure. It accepted food. The main head looks deflated but all the other heads it’s grown are very plump still. I have another Duncan in the tank and that one is perfect too
