That's one you will likely never see in person. It is a C. lanceolatus, a 6"-7" aggressive fish that is basically not available in the hobby. See here for more info:

Please don't refer to it as a Pintail Fairy Wrasse though! That is a completely different fish although its scientific name causes confusion as its C. cf lanceolatus. It is related to C. lunatus and C. johnsoni; a much smaller and much less aggressive group of Fairy Wrasses. See here for a list of all Fairy Wrasses for your viewing pleasure:
