Found this on my glass today. Removed it to take photo. 1st one I have seen.

Is this a flatworm I should be worried about? About 1/8th of an inch in length

it looks like one but the picture is out of focus so hard to tell, does it move?

Only moved when I moved it with mag cleaner. Was stuck on the glass pretty well too. I had to use the tip of a syringe to push it around until it released so I could suck it up. Just trying to suck it up didn't move it at all.

Did it roll up into a scroll when you scraped it off and it was in the water column before suckling it up?

It's 99% a flatworm but not sure what type yet. Do you keep acropora?

Yes it did roll up once I knocked it loose. I have very little sps in my tank. A bird's nest, a pocilliopora, and a green slimer. All of which are not doing well at all, but my alk crashed as well. Bad hanna reagent.

Everything that has gone into my tank was dipped and I never seen anything that looked remotely close to a flat worm. Either rolled up or flat. No idea where it came from.

Everything else in my tank is either lps or zoas/polyps and a gorgonian that is doing very well.

Flatworm? No
Looks to be a stometella snail to me
Harmless

I can't say for sure without a better pic but definitely looks/seems like a flatworm. The roll up is definitely a flatworm thing. I was trying to rule out a sponge or snail or something.

Dips don't kill eggs so you could still have some. Based on the fact that you only have one acro (unless it's a colony) I doubt it's aefw, however the color/shape is more similar to those than the other types you would see in a reef tank typically. Maybe a polyclad too. You could try basting the heck out of your green slimer and see if any come off which would confirm aefw but I've never seen them on glass.

Any corals stressed? You said the sps weren't doing well but what about other corals?

All my zoas/polyps and GSP are open and full. I have 2 trachys that inflate plus extend feeders everyday. As I said gorgonian looks great and, what I think is a favia, looks good as well. I also have a frogspawn and a hammer that look great and extend everyday.

This thing is tiny. when it was in my tank, overall length was no more than 1/8 of a inch. Now in the cup it's even less. Getting a better pic is almost
impossible.
