What is this fuzzy stuff on my snail

Anyone know what this is?

It looks like dandelions on the back of my snail.
 
Really hard to tell from this picture, but if I had to guess I'd wager it's algae. You could glue a bit of GPS to the snail shells. That way you have coral colonies that move about the tank...

What does gps do if we attach it ? Does it eat Algae?
The white substance looks exactly like dandelion, white and has little ball around it.
 
Look up colonial hydroids
Like these ? Like all stalks and little flower on end maybe.but as said above could be a kind of macro algae but looking at in in blue light going be a big ask for others so get a white light picture to help others help you be my advice
Lots of different variations or different stage of life cycle

Loaded with hydroids. You can take snail out and place in container of tank water and scrape them off OR scrub off with firm toothbrush
