Found this on the glass. My lawnmower picked at it and then fell into the sand. It's redish snail looking thing. Without a shell.

First looks like the flatworm retrogamma and the other looks like a spaghetti worm which is a good scavenger. I'd suck out the flatworm they can reach plague proportions really quick.

Ummm maybe a flatworm but not sure it can also be some kind of stomotella.

If that's coming from the dark looking round thing throw it away, verminid (or whatever) snails are annoying, find and kill any that you see. You can kill them by crushing their shell with the bone cutters. They multiply fast and smother your corals with that web.
