What is this growing in my live rock

I came to notice small weird like flower in my live rock today, may i know what is this ?, is it bad or good , why did it come, help please , teach me regarding this

And it suddenly comes out and goes inside

Little food thieves- yes feather worm. Harmless but can spread quickly

Hello all I think I have 1 also, but mine is different mine is on 1 of my crabs. I think it came on one of the crabs that I got from online store that specializes in CuC's. I noticed it about 2 weeks ago and have been looking and keeping an eye on it. I do not have a good camera to get a GREAT picture, so I have/had to use my cellular phone. It is hard to see

I hope this works. If it progresses along I will keep u all in formed.

Yep. Had one setup in a grape coral once, but sadly when it died it took out the coral too.
