Ride it out, kick up the flow and up your snails and clean up crew.
I’m in AZ and having a hard time finding CUC. I was thinking about ordering from reef cleaner. What should I add? I have 3 nassiurus snails ( the ones that live under the sand and eat meat) and 2 small crabs.

I would check out saltwater aquarium.com they have clean up crew bundle u just got to look up what size tank u have. I order one for mine about 3 weeks ago an everyone doin great.

Money cowries are beastly algae eaters, and they are very unique. I’ve only seen them at reefcleaners.

Looks like diatoms as already mentioned and one off first things that pop up after initial nitrogen cycle started and can process amnonia.
Maybe watch some brs youtube videos or other users like tidal gardens/saltwater aquarium /reef bum to name just a few on how and what to expect from your tank from begginning -till your tank matures more and more.
I found them very useful as had half an idea off what to expect in diatoms then the green algaes come and go as we go through the ugly stages at begginning off a tanks life, then I researched and found out which cuc ate which algae ( well preferred or known to eat) then decided what cuc members and how many and how often to add them) then I'm convinced my ugly stage wasn't as ugly and was more prepared and confident as I built up my experience around my tank and my saltwater journey .
Knowledge is power as they say.
Also what I found helped was pick a thread on r2r that was interested in and read it then went bottom off page and picked another and broadened my knowledge on many things reef related.
Good luck

Here a few threads /articles that maybe off use to you
Here is one youtube channel I mentioned which covers lots of things related to reef tanks, there's lots of other channels that are good also.
These are quick 5 minute basic guides but they do other more lengthy ones on again, reef related topic
