What is this growing on my rocks?

I've been battling this weird algae, I've had it before and it went away on its own. Now it's back, but only on a couple pieces of dry rock I added a couple months ago. This stuff crumbles apart when I hit with a turkey baster, but is hard to siphon off. The pictures color is accurate. Anybody know what it is? Dinos maybe?

From my experience, sponges don't crumble apart when you baste them. Whatever this is growing crumbles apart real easy.

is that an air bubble or a fish eye i see towards the top of hte rock?? if its a air bubble maybe thats part of the reason its coming around ?? if your letting your pump shoot air bubbles in the tank ? its been a long time since i've had cyano algae but i think letting my sump go dry and it pushing oxygen helped speed up the spread of algae
