what is this guy?

Hope this is the right spot for a this, need identifying this guy. I have about 10 of them all in different locations...here is a pic of one below;

Top right of the pic you can see what looks like a polyp with a green outline.

that doesn't look like the aptaisia I've had prior. Do I do the same thing and remove them completely? That is a bummer...thought this was a good thing:)

Well, get us a better shot under white lights, and let's be certain...

It looks like a ball nem to me, a white light photo may help us identify it better. The ball anemones tend to be clear/spotted with bright tips and majano anemones tend to be the monstrous BTA.

Do you have multiple Rock Flower Anemones in the tank? Could baby RFA's if they aren't some small pest nem.

No, I don't think I have any rock anemones. My father in law has a large 300 gallon tank and he occasionally brings me live rock or small frags...I think these are hitchers..possibly mojanos.
 
I have some of these. They are cute little pests, never get big like majano or aipasia, they just stay about the size of a pencil eraser. But they do split often, so they are considered a pest.
