What is this hairy thing?

Now i know that this may sound crazy but theres a bunch of hair that is in my tank.
So i noticed there was some brown like string/hair in gravel and so i went to use pincers to remove it but as soon as i got near it, it retreated like an aptaisia would (im positive its not an aptaisia but its to give a visual)
And upon inspection of the gravel i noticed that theres a worm that looked like a bunch of hair creating a symbiote creature? I know it moves as its changed its position since the photo without the gravel being moved by external means
