What is this? Help with ID pest or not?

Well... as the title says... any ideas what this is? I have googled images of a couple things like hydroids and it doesn't really look like anything that I typically see as pets. Kind of looks like small white vase like tubes and then a polyp on the end of it. Pics attached. Thought it may be some type of sponge? Wasn't too worried about it, but then had a population explosion. Anybody know what these are? Will they bother coral? Don't have any coral in the tank yet, but want to know if I need to try to eradicate before putting anything in.
