Do you have a quarantine tank? With as rampant as diseases are it's always a good idea to qt anyway. If it is brook you'd treat with metroplex, which is a safe enough drug to just treat prophylactically anyway.

If they were my clowns they'd, at the very least, do a couple rounds of prazipro for potential flukes and be treated with metro before going into a dt.

If they're already in the dt you could soak foods in vitamins and monitor. If it starts looking any worse you'd definitely want to put them in a qt and start treatment

I dont hve a qt, Nd they are in dt already, :(

Whats prazipro? And where do i get it from?
Is it reef safe?

You can order prazipro on amazon and yes it is reef safe. Easier to dose in a qt tank, as dosage depends on water quantity. I get my qt tanks from petco, dollar a gallon sale. I keep a 10 gallon running, just in case.

So like you know how we dip corals,

Is there something to dip fish in? Lol

So should i waut for the white spot to get worse, ? Couldnt it be just a scuff from transferring?

Is there anything i can keep fish in for few mins/hours after i buy from fish store? Like to run them thru some type of med?

Generally speaking, fish dips/baths only provide temporary relief but will not 100% eradicate the disease. That is what long-term QT treatment(s) are for.

How long do i keep them in QT?

After they are back in the DT, do i break down the QT?

Generally a round of QT can last about 30 days. For an infection, and treating with antibiotics 2 -3 weeks is normal.
What can i use for fish baths?
Read this link humblefish posted above. It lists most of the available meds and what they are used for. https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/medications-to-keep-on-hand.213574/

There are other threads and stickies at the top of the fish disease forum that explain these medications, common fish diseases, how to treat them and with what, and how to do that. Without a specific ailment, we can't really get all that specific for you. There will be NO quick fix. Remember, nothing good in this hobby happens fast.

I went to my lfs,

And they sold me a rally by rubys reef as something to have!?

I will read up on those threads

Rally is useful for treating bacterial infections (or preventing them). You give the fish a 90 min bath using Rally, and then place him into QT for follow up antibiotic treament.

There is some anecdotal evidence that a Rally bath and then transfer into a sterile QT will rid a fish of brook; probably due to the small amount of formalin Rally contains.

I also like to follow this protocol for treating velvet: 5 min FW dip + 90 min Rally bath + CP or copper for 30 days in a QT.
