What is this?? Help!

So I have this algae that starts growing on the glass, then in the sand. It just spread onto my on frag rack and now onto my zoa frag. That’s the first time it’s grown onto a coral. I can clean the glass spotless and it comes back within a couple days. What is it and how do I get rid of it? Also how do I save my zoa frag? Is there a dip that will get rid of the algae?

How much flow in your tank?

Welcome to R2R! First instinct would be green film algae, but I don't think it's supposed to have those weird patterns

My tank is 1 year old. 32 gallon Biocube with stock LED’s. Intank media basket and fuge in the back with filter floss on top, purigen in middle, chemipure elite on bottom with Chaeto in the fuge. Stock return pump. 825gph powerhead. Parameters are as follows...just tested this evening.

Temp. 79.3
Salinity- 1.025
PH- 8.0
Ammonia- 0
Nitrite- 0
Nitrate- 0
Calcium- 360ppm
Magnesium- 1200ppm
Phosphate- 0
Alkalinity- 2.14 meq/L
