Looks to be a form of dragons breath macro algae. If not wanted, try manually removing it.

I dont know flippers this documentary said to be very cautious when working with it.

Probably could take out by doing a waterchabge and attaching a toothbrus to the siphone hose with tape.
 
Macro algae and perfect in sump But away from pump intakes. From brigher lights, looks like algae

The shape of the foliage is wrong for dragon's breath. I think the red color is due to heavy blue lighting.

If you turn whites on is it green? If so, then it looks like bryopsis to me. Try looking at pictures of each and let us know.
