You need fishes and inverts (snails mostly) that will eat them. Each species of snails feed on slight different type of algae, so are the fish. Diversity is important.

Green hair algae WILL become a problem if not removed. Buy some turbo snails and top crown snails and try to remove by hand.

use astrea snails, emerald crabs and blue legged hermits, very very common algae, the main algae that people hear about on here(imo)

By the looks of the picture, your tank seems relatively new. How old is your tank?

Oh, then the party is just starting.
Add more cuc to target the existing algae, keep up with regular tank maintenance, and be patient.

That tank may end up getting worse before it gets better.

What you are seeing is the beginning of the "ugly phase". This happens with new tanks. Once the tank matures, it will improve.

But you will have to keep after the display until it does.

Copepods, microfauna, snails, in short a clean up crew... your tanks a living eco system, if you put to much food in, not enough food in, fail to extract nutrients then there will be consequences.
