Look into Peroxide dosing, it works very well to get rid of it...

I was thinking it might be Dino's I wasn't sure cause I've never seen it first hand

@twilliard what do you think? And of course the best course of action

Yeah,
I think all reefers get it at one point or another. I did & used H2o2 to kill it off, worked like a champ and did not harm anything in my system.

Interesting part is as of the 17th of last month I stopped dosing h202 for 14 days so and since I haven't introduced anything to the tank also I do still have cyano so I'm stumped ATM

Do a test on the Cyano and send both samples to Todd.
You can PM him and he will gladly test it for you what kind of Dino's you have and if we talking Cyano or Spirulina here.
