Stringy looking flower on the right. It goes in and comes out like a zoa. On the left are more strings that may be moving from the base of another zoa. Maybe flow. I'll post a video.

Google 'reef tank feather duster' or 'small reef tank feather duster'

Looks like a filter feeder, harmless.

Hard to see but that looks like an mojave aiptasia in the video by the movement. Does it have tentacles or a fan?

Not really tentacles. Hard to describe but looks like a flower skeleton. It can suck in to its base. And come back out.

It's got a hard tube and a feathery top. That's a feather duster... they arn't bad

that definitely looks like a feather duster. if you have any amount of live rock in your tank, you are bound to see them pop up all over. I have a ton throughtout my rock.

Good to know. I am just now stocking my tank and I got a zoa colony from a friend. The rock they were growing on was weird and where I placed it in my tank some of the polyps were on the bottom and would get no light so I fragged them to save them. That's on one of the frags. Thank you everyone for the help!!
