What is this in my frogspawn flesh?

Hey everyone, noticed a few days ago that it look like two bulbs were inflating in the flesh of my frogspawn and I have no clue what it could be and was looking for some insight. TIA!

I’m not sure, but corals aren’t my strong suit at the moment - possibly new heads growing?
