What is this in my pico?

Hi all. I’m not sure if this is correct and by image I haven’t been able to find it but wanting to know if this is a bad thing or a good thing in my pico tank? Inhabitants so far have been great so far and acclimated well. However this morning I got up to brush my teeth and saw this thing in my aquarium. Is it good, bad and what is it ?

i second this. you can confirm by gently poking it with a chopstick or something similar. if you notice it retract, it is very likely an aiptasia

Ok. I just never have seen a white one. They’ve always been brown in my tanks. Thanks all
