What is this in my refugium

They are swimming around the glass on the refugium and look kinda like a small jelly fish with no tentacles and the second one I'm assuming is a pest. Thanks

In the first picture all I see is a feather duster if that's what you're talking about they're harmless in the second picture I had those all over my refugium also 180 gallon completely harmless actually one time I grabbed my angel and put him to refugium and he had a field day eating up all those things

Looks like Flatworms .
