What is this in my refugium?

The main body is approximately 5-6 mm long and then it has the spike thing at one end that is 3-4 mm in diameter. There is Caulerpa and GHA in the refugium.

Looks like a feather duster that's crawled out of it's tube. Usually not a good sign but it can make a new type if it finds someplace it's happy

I think you're right. I found 3 others in tubes in my refugium this morning. Thanks.
