What is this in my sand bed?

I was doing some husbandry yesterday and noticed these in my sand bed attached to the glass. Can someone please tell me what they are? Thanks in advance!

Im pretty sure its not a flatworm since i think it has a semi hard shell. So if it is a Chiton or limpet..... Good or bad?
