What is this in my tank?

I have rusty bubbles developing in my tank and don't want them. Any ideas?

Siphon it out with a hose and scrub the rock where it was attached while still siphoning water on that spot as you want to get all the spores out.
Btw, what are these legs sticking out from your rock?? Maybe small starfish?

Micro brittle stars. When I feed my tank it looks hairy from all of them trying to catch a meal.

Bubble Algae? Thank you. I'll look it up and learn about it. The tiny legs? Brittle starfish--They are part of my janitorial crew. Again, thanks for your help.
