What is this in my zoas

Hard to tell from the picture (kind of blurry) but it's most likely a sponge of some sort. Any chance for a clearer picture for verification?

Sponge.

Agreed, sponge. If it starts to suffocate the zoas you can take a tweezer and remove some sponge.

I’m a slob though. I just scrape it with my finger

I thought that it may have been just didn't know what to do with it or if it was dangerous thanks everybody for help
