What is this in the Zoa patch?

Just got a delivery of a zoa patch(?), and noticed one cluster of....I don't know what, a sponge maybe?. Anyone know what this could be?
FYI, I did float acclimate and then do a dip in Coral RX before putting in my tank.

it’s a sponge…
you can scrape it off if it’s crowding the zoas
