Looks like A new tank going thru the uglies. Just wait it out. It will probally get worse before it gets better. As long as you’re doing your water changes and normal husbandry it will get better as it matures.

Blow it off the rocks and suck it out during your next water change.

Wipe it off your glass with floss pad. If you just scrape it it will redistribute somewhere else in your tank. Read this when I was starting up again last year and it helped.
