What is this is it harmful

It came on a live rock I bought with coral there are multiple little tentacle like things that pop out of holes.

picture appears to be worm , or a leg of a striped brittle star.. new tank? new rock?
if really small it is most likely a mini brittle star..

The striped thing coming out of the rock looks like a peanut worm to me. If that's what it is they are good.

Yeah now zooming in it doesn't look smooth like a peanut worm would so I agree it's probably brittle star.

I've never seen it move from the one spot. Think it's trapped behind the leather coral?

I was told it's a leather coral don't know the technical name
