Where did you find it? Looks like a nudibranch. I wouldn't chance it.

It’s cruising up my glass right now, definitely a hitch hiker . I just started a second tank, a 120 gallon tall, and I’ve been moving some stuff from my 125 to put in the new tank

If you have zoas I'd be watching them closely. Hard to say exactly what type of nudibranch it is but I'd remove it and keep an eye out.
