What is this little flower looking thing

Hello all, so i just noticed this little clear looking anemone looking hitchhiker. reason i noticed it was because i touched it and it moved sucked it self in a bit but came right out after. Its clear in color with like white edges.

any help will be appreciate it. Is it good, should i burn everything inside what should happen !!
