I agree, it does look like a spider shrimp, and thanks for the link. That got me side tracked for the last 30 minutes.

The appendages appear to be growing from the back and not legs of a skeleton shrimp....

It is hard to tell with the picture provided but it does resemble a skeleton shrimp to me as well.
