They usually are good for everywhere. Revive can kill it yes

it's good, some stay in the LR crevices, gaps and holes, some prefer to be sand sifters, some are not that shy and clear the top of the sand from detritus and again sift the sand a bit
 
is it moving at all after the revive ?
If you can leave it on medium flow, to can recover back after the stun, and for how long you kept it in ?

It's moving very slowly. I put the frag into the revive then walked to the sink to grab another bag and my girlfriend said something was.mlvong around. I'm debating putting him in the DT and seeing how he fairs.

I'll put it in the sump 1st (there probably have higher flow on smaller area, after while i'll move it to the DT.
It don't look like SPs which are carnivores and attack live organisms (some do), and I think it will be good part of your CUC
 
Wish I grabbed him out of the dip before he got nuked by it. I moved him into my tank but not sure he made it.
give it a time few times I was dipping stars (found as a hitchhikers) and most of them survive after the DIP. For a while it can look completely frozen, but later on they start to move.
