Need both pics under white light intensity and of the rectal area as I suspect rectal prolapse (unconfirmed) hence the bulge and would be due to a few things but first - lets confirm

May be bacterial issue or constipation
Is fish still eating today?
Is breathing normal or labored?
Does not look like prolapse

I agree, too far offside to be a prolapse.

If this developed slowly, could be a tumor. If it showed up in a day or two, most likely a bacterial abscess.

could my other fish be affected by this as well??

Likely non- infectious and if tumor, nothing but seachem kanaplex may slow it down

could it be anything else???
As indicated- internal and either bacteria or abcess. Again, Kanaplex is absorbed by fish and may or may not help. The longer you wait to treat is the reduced chance of recovery

I ordered it the instant u said kanaplex, it will be here in two days. I am hoping everything will be okay until then. What would be the treatment for an abscess or bacterial infection?

Bacterial - Kanaplex which you ordered. Abscess - will have to subside. If fish is eating- feed brine shrimp at minimum
