Just noticed this while feeding. Should I be concerned? I’ve got two ‘shrooms and both have grown considerably lately, but I’ve never seen it like this before.

To me it looks like it’s cupping to catch all the food. A lot of mine do this specifically when I target feed them reef roids

Agree, looks like it caught a piece of something to eat.

Considering that it looks normal now, I guess it was eating. Odd that I’ve had it for months and never noticed it cupped like that before.

While we’re at it - I have no idea what kind of mushroom it is. Wife fell in love with the orange color, and my LFS sold it to me for $10.
Any ideas?
