what is this on air tube?

Hello friends, my tank is 2 weeks old and this red color started ...any help thanks! My water test great ....

If moisture got into the tube, I suppose it's possible it could be cyano- or even mold? I would take the tube out and replace it or boil the existing one before reinstalling it.
