What is this on guy??

Found a couple if these on my glass. Any ideas, good in bad?

If you have a magnifying glass, look at it that way and look up polyclad flatworm. That is a bad dude but I am not sure that's what you have. There are also white worms that are common in reef tanks that are just fish food. Could easily be that as well. Under a magnifying glass these two worms look very different.
