any chance it's injured and the sore is starting to get infected so it's a bit puffy?

Maybe, I don’t know enough about fish injuries to know what it’d look like.

Another day of not eating, using little movement to stay in place under the jet. Can anyone suggest anything to help him out?

Lfs guy said to use melafix just in case it’s a wound.

It was swimming upside down at the top of the water behind the jet today, then I added melafix and now he is swimming all around like the first day I got it…. Not sure if it’s because it hurts and is giving him adrenaline, or if it numbs the pain. Fed them and he still didn’t eat, but seemed interested. Maybe tomorrow he will start eating again.
