What is this on my coral?

I'm unsure what is growing on the side my coral. When I got the coral it started as a crevice and now it's grown to this. If you could help me identify what it could or if it a threat to my coral. Thank you for the help.

Look like some sort of worm. When in doubt, get it out;)

@KJ any thought?
 
Took a second look and now I see the snail tube :rolleyes:
 
Be careful. They spread! I have had issues with them and not much luck stopping them. I mainly try to break their tube. Some say to block it off with sealant like glue or the coral putty.
 
Yea I see a green strand coming out of the tube. So what's the best method of getting rid of it?
 
You can take it out and chip it off, just make sure you get down to the base, or super glue the end of the tube. Great name btw.
 
So I super glued the end shut. So basically will it just die eventually? Also thanks for the name compliment awesome movies.
