What is this on my coral?

I posted days ago about my coral not opening up, this is the same one. Over the last few days I'd noticed what I thought was either algea of some kind, or poop, or I wasn't sure what, on it. So I took one of my basters and very lightly blew on it, which took care of it. However a few hours later it's back like this. This is my first coral and I have zero experience with them.

Those white strings are called mesentherial filaments. Usually a sign the coral is stressed but I’m sure others with more expertise can add more.

It could also just be mucous. Some acros are super slimy.

I'm still not 100% sure what kind of coral it even is. Googling shows some people say that those filaments are good, some said bad.

I love a good mystery coral does it seem more squishy or is a hard coral?

Squishy, all I know is that it's a softie. I've heard it could be a kenya, or a Cespitularia.
